We are so excited to announce that we are adopting!
We have both dreamed of one day adopting a child, individually (prior to meeting one another), and then together from the time of our engagement. We are overjoyed to finally be in the process of seeing that dream become a reality, and cannot wait to meet our child and his or her birth family
Adoption is a beautiful thing that reflects the heart of the Father in so many ways. We are excited to participate in it, and bring this child into our family. Unfortunately, despite the great need for so many children to have safe homes and loving families, the financial cost of adoption is a prohibitive burden for many.
We need to raise $28,000 to cover all aspects of our adoption, which includes $24,000 agency fees, $2,000 legal fees to finalize the adoption, and $2,000 for possible travel. We are so thankful to family and friends who have already given, and have set a fundraising goal of $12,000 for this website.
We are so thankful to have each of you in our lives, and can't wait to introduce you to our new son or daughter!
