am in the process of adopting Brooklyn, a wonderful 9-year-old girl who has already faced so much in her young life. Brooklyn was born to an 11-year-old girl and adopted internationally as a baby. Unfortunately, her current adoptive parents are now facing serious medical issues that prevent them from providing the care and stability she needs. As a result, they have made the difficult decision to dissolve the adoption and find Brooklyn a new, loving home.

This will be my second adoption. Two years ago, I adopted a young girl from Africa, and she is thriving in our family. My experience has shown me the incredible impact a loving, stable home can have on a child’s life, and I am committed to giving Brooklyn the same safe, supportive environment.

Right now, I am completing my Home Study and preparing to welcome Brooklyn into my family. However, the costs associated with adoption, legal fees, and travel to and from California are significant. These expenses are necessary to ensure Brooklyn’s transition is as smooth and secure as possible.
