We are adopting!
It has been a couple years in the works, and we are excited to share publicly where we are at. We see adoption as a challenging yet beautiful process. We know that as Christians, we have been adopted by God to be His son and daughter - and we desire to replicate His love in this way.
Adoption comes from brokenness and pain (for the children and birth parents), but we know that the Lord can make it beautiful in His time. We are trusting Him to do this as we bring more children into our home.
We've created this crowdfunding campaign to help with costs. It may surprise you to know that a domestic adoption can cost $30-50k. This is made up of fees with agencies, travel costs, expenses for birth parents, medical costs, legal fees, etc. We are fundraising in other ways as well, but wanted to create a place for friends and family to be able to donate.
Please keep our adoption process in prayer, God is the one who can make everything happen in the right ways. We trust Him with this!
