We are getting closer to being a mom and dad!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $25,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $14,542 to help complete the financial burden in order to bring our baby home. Through the blessings of a combination of garage sale and pop can fundraisers, friends and family donations, and an anonymous donor, we were able to come up with almost $10,000! So, now we are waiting for our placement with a child, which will require this large final fee.
