Our hope and prayer is to become a family of 5 this year, as our little family grows by the addition of a sweet infant.
In the Fall of 2018, we took 7 weeks of classes from everything on Adoption Law to Special Needs and Cross Cultural Adoptions. With those finished, and a whole slew of paperwork, fingerprints, and references given, we now move into the Homestudy Process. This consists of marital assessments, home visits, interviews, etc. Once finished, our family is placed in a ‘Matchbook’ with a few pictures and information about us. Then, we wait as the Lord allows a brave mother to choose us as the family for her unborn child. Bless her, Father.
Our desire, is that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the faith-based community we hope to build around Precious One as he/she grows up.
