#### We have EXCITING news!** We are hoping to adopt a BABY SISTER to add to our HAPPEE FAMILY!**
For years our family has dreamed of bringing another soul into this world to add to our already happy family.
Early on it was difficult for us to start a family due to several issues. In 2009, we were finally able to have our first son born to us. Blaze was born early at 25 weeks, and we were blessed to have him in our lives for one week before letting him return to our Father in Heaven.
Since then, we have been blessed with 3 beautiful healthy boys that are our pride, our joy, and our entire lives. We are continually busy running them around to music practice, sports, Lego club, and visiting family every chance we get. We are a very active family that enjoys the outdoors, camping, vacations, and spending all the quality time we can together to build a joyful life and make the happiest memories. Anyone that knows us well knows the joy we have in spending time as a family and making special memories.
Over the last couple of years, we have strongly felt that our family was incomplete. We believe that there is one more spirit that is ready to be part of this happy circus that we LOVE. We decided to try and have one more child on our own. Late in 2018, Janet needed to have a hysterectomy to solve medical issues, and it became impossible for us to have another child on our own.
At the time we thought it was Heaven's way of telling us that our family is complete and to enjoy what we have. But it has been impossible for us to shake the strong feelings that it is not complete, and that there is more joy to be had. So we began the adoption process in hopes that we can find one more special spirit to add to our clan.
We are hoping and praying that we can add a baby sister to this house full of boys. We feel like she will bring a very special feeling to our home, and complete our family in a big way. Although a baby sister is on our minds, we are welcome to bring any healthy baby into our family that is in need of a loving home.
We have gone through the Initial Steps of the process and have completed our paperwork. We've been able to fund the first 1/3 of the costs on our own through much sacrifice, and through the generosity of close friends and family. We understand that by the time the adoption is complete, we could be looking at a total of $40,000 - $50,000 in adoption fees.
We continue to work hard on our own, taking odd jobs here and there, and saving every penny we can, but we also realize that we will need some help to complete the process. We will hopefully soon be matched with a mother that is willing to give up her precious child to our loving family, and when that time comes, the fees will be due. We continue to pray for help and work hard to reach our goals. This is why we have set a goal of $25,000 to help ease the financial burden that can be overwhelming when all is said and done.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as she/he grows up. She (or he) will have a wonderful story to tell, and you will be a big part of it!
