I want to start out by saying thank you for reading our story. Where to start? My name is Mary (Mary Beth) and my husband is Derek. Derek and I met on Christian Mingle 8 years ago. We dated for 6 years until he proposed in March 2017 and we were married that August. We both always knew we wanted the sound of little feet running around. I had previous medical issues (PCOS and hyperplasia) and was told that chances were slim of having my own. Even if I had little ones of my own, I always wanted to adopt as well. Shortly after Derek and I were married, we started tests…..and blood work….and more tests at Strong Fertility in Rochester for a little over a year. Due to that process and finding that the odds were stacked against us, Derek and I prayed and realized that the path that God is leading us to is adoption.
That's where we are today. After healing, we are excited to announce that Derek and I are adopting!!! We are beyond excited about this process and appreciate all the support, prayers and love.
