WE'VE BEEN MATCHED!!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process we have started a fundraising campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $5,000 to assist with travel once our baby arrives.
We realize and appreciate that many of our family and friends want to help with our new addition by purchasing clothes, supplies, etc. We are deeply grateful for this!! We have been fortunate to have such a strong village around us who have already offered clothes, provided items like car seats, diapers, etc. so we would like to ask that anyone who does want to support our adoption do so by assisting with travel costs by donating here.
We have chosen to do this through AdoptTogether for several reasons. The main reasons we like this platform are that any donations made via AdoptTogether are tax deductible, and we will be getting exposure on their website for philanthropists and anyone who is looking to donate to the cause of adoption.
