We are Cory and Amy and are from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We have had a dream of one day becoming parents.
After being unable to conceive on our own, we sought the assistance of medical interventions. After several months of fertility treatment with no results and no answers we decided to pursue adoption. In the hopes of offering a child a life full of love, commitment and family, we worked with Bethany Christian Services with hopes of adopting an infant through their domestic infant adoption program.
In 2020 we were matched with, and brought home, our daughter. Several months after finalizing her adoption we were presented with the opportunity to adopt a full sibling. Because we were not in the process of pursuing adoption, we were not financially prepared for this.
How you can help: We are humbled to ask our family and friends for support of our adoption journey. We have realized our dream is larger than any barriers we have faced along the way. We recognize that this is not something we can do on our own. We are asking our family and friends to consider making a donation towards helping us in the process. Regardless if you are able to contribute financially, we ask for prayers as we navigate the journey of adoption.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story. We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
