We have BIG news!
As you may know, we are awaiting selection by a birth mother in order to become adoptive parents.
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. While we expect to be fully funded on our own, we have created this opportunity for friends and family to be a part of the process if you so choose. We've already managed to buy almost everything we will need for a newborn and continue to save for the remainder of the expenses that come along with an adoption, such as travel to and from the birth state (if not in Oklahoma), lawyer fees, etc.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
