Update: We have been matched!! We are thrilled to share that we’ve been matched and baby boy is due to be born in early September, 2024.

We’re excited to share that we are in the process of infant adoption!

Why infant adoption? That answer goes back to when we were dating. We had frequent chats about what we wanted for our future together, and adoption was always a part of those conversations. We have both had a desire to adopt since we were both young, and agreed that one day when the time was right, we would provide a safe and loving home to a child through adoption. We completed our home study in summer 2023, and are now waiting and preparing for a match to me made.

We are so appreciative of any monetary donations (tax deductible) towards this journey, and we are also holding a puzzle fundraiser. We have a 300 piece puzzle featuring our family’s adoption announcement photo.

It is $15 to sponsor a puzzle piece. For each person who sponsors a piece, we will write that person’s/family’s name on the back of the piece(s) so we will always be able to remember each person that played a part in our adoption journey. It truly does take a village and this puzzle will be the perfect representation of that and all the people in community around us.

We look forward to being able to display this puzzle in our home for years to come as a reminder of the community that supported us during this journey. Thank you so much for your love and support!
