**We have BIG news!**
We are adopting a child from Ukraine!!
Adoption has been on our hearts now for many years and we have felt guided to begin the process to bring home our newest family member as soon as we can! As we explored our options for adoption, we felt very drawn to Ukraine and especially to the vast amount of children with special needs who all need families. We feel in our hearts that we are willing and able to love and care for a child with special needs and we are so excited to bring our baby home to us!
We are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $32,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
