We’re excited to announce that we are in the process of adopting domestically! For the past few years, we’ve been listening to the pull and call from the Lord to adopt. We believe strongly that the mission and purpose of adoption is biblical and a representation of the gospel lived out. Ephesians 1:5 has been our anthem and a reminder that God has made it possible through Jesus for us all to be adopted into His family. We can’t wait to take this leap of faith and meet our future child someday.
We are currently in the home study process and appreciate your prayers and support for fundraising, the home study, our possible future birth parents, and our child. We believe strongly that Jesus makes broken things beautiful and whole in Him. We pray that the gospel would be known more clearly in our home and through our future family.
It may surprise you to hear that the cost of adoption and the fees associated with it can be quite high. Knowing that we have a network of friends and family near and far, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. We have a financial need of $25,000 for the cost of our adoption in its entirety. We also know and believe that God will step up in a mighty way to provide for this, through people like you!
