We are adopting again!! We found out the birth mom of our son Peter, is pregnant and expecting another baby boy in February. She asked us if we would like to adopt this baby as well. After prayerful consideration, we have decided we want Peter to be able to grow up with his biological brother. (same dad as well). We are excited, yet very nervous about this new journey we are on. We thought our family of 4 was "complete" so this has come as a big surprise!! Although we just adopted, and we are working with same birth mom, we are still obligated to pay all the adoption costs involved. We are looking at around $18,000 to fund this adoption. Not to mention travel costs as we have to head back down to Texas for 1-3 weeks before we can bring baby home with us. Baby boy is Due Feb 24th so the time is quickly approaching!! Ruth is very excited to be welcoming another brother, and we know Peter will be as well,they will be 13 months apart! Thank you everyone for your support and continued prayer as we embark upon yet another adoption journey! I will say, this adoption journey sure is going a lot smoother and faster than our last ;) God is good!!
