How abundantly blessed we are by this fabulous crew of children! Jensi (13), Anneli (11), Oliver (7) and Darrah Kate (4) have been given to us biologically as well as our other 3 who are now with Jesus: Timothy, Hope and Oskar. God was not finished with our family&'s story…He began to make us aware of the global orphan crisis. In 2011, we brought home Zeb (4) from Uganda. He was fully adopted on April 6, 2012. Just weeks later, God began to burden our hearts for waiting orphans with special needs and called us to the adoption of Toby (2) from China with Arthrogyposis Multiplex Congenita. We were financially spent, but are committed to immediate obedience and fundraised like crazy. God did it! We brought Toby home forever on Easter of 2013! Shocking to everyone including us, God has another child for our family! She is also in China and has been waiting for over 8 years for a family. Esty (9) has Spina Bifida and cannot walk. She has other complications as well but longs to be a doctor when she grows up! We are walking in obedience once again to adopt her and become her family!
