Hello! Thank you for your interest in our adoption. This has been a long journey with disappointments and many lessons on patience. Currently, our home study and application process are complete. We are waiting on final approval to move forward with our agency and orphanage in Uganda. We lean heavily on God for strength in the wait and trust His timing. We are committed to the process, regardless of rigor or wait time and are excited at the prospect of adding to our family. International adoption is expensive, and we counted that cost before we even began our paperwork. The Lord has provided finances in exciting and unexpected ways since we began this process. Aligning our finances for this adoption has been and continues to be a diligent task, all possible because of God&'s hand. Even if we were responsible for solely funding our adoption, we would pay every penny because of the call we feel in the heart of our family for adoption. However, one amazing discovery throughout this process has been the response of our friends and family. As we continue in this adoption journey and share our story with others, we discover a spirit of community and a desire to support the calling God has placed on our lives. If that is you, thank you.
