We have decided to adopt another baby!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $45,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $15,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.
Families come in all shapes and sizes. Infertility has led us on the journey of being foster parents and adoptive parents. Nothing brings us more joy than shaping the life of a child. And while we love being foster parents, and will continue to do it for as long as we can, we desperately want to grow our forever family. Since Mike and I are both only children, it's important for us to have a bigger family. Sadly, that comes with a hefty price tag.
