We have BIG news!
One of the best parts of our wedding day was the community that surrounded us and shared in our joy. That same community has continued to surround us with prayer and helped us come to this moment.
When I (Brittnie) was in college I had the privilege of babysitting 3 different children from two families who had adopted. Through this experience, I knew I too wanted to adopt someday. Luckily, God provided a partner who also shared this dream. So we are excited to announce that we have officially begun the process to adopt from India.
It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total more than $40,000. We are grateful Rajeev's employer, Pacific Union College, includes an adoption benefit of up to $8866. This is why we have set a goal of $30,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents. We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
