Can you believe it? The Sisney&'s are adopting! After lots of prayer and a really cool "God spoke" kind of story, we have stepped out in faith and are hoping to expand our family by adopting from Nicaragua. We are so excited that He has called us to give a child a "forever family." In fact, we even feel God is leading us toward adopting siblings, so we are praying for two or maybe even three children to become part of our family! It is a humbling, scary and wonderful journey we are on, but we are confident that He who called us to the journey goes before us! The cost of international adoption is great. Our total agency fees, if we are matched with 3 children, will be about $40,000 plus travel expenses. We are saving, making life adjustments and paying what we are able… But we simply cannot make it all happen on our own. So we are exploring financial grants, doing some fund raisers, and taking things one step at a time. We are trusting the Father to provide what we need, just as He has always been faithful to do. It is not easy to ask for help, and we would never expect for people to give us lots of money. Yet we do believe God may lead some people to give, and some of you have even asked how you can do so. Therefore, we have established this donation page. The goal may say $20,000, but every donation of any size helps. Please know that if you donate, we are humbled beyond words, and we can never adequately express our gratitude.
