We have been in the adoption process for nearly 3 years. Last April we had the privilege of traveling to Uganda and gaining legal custody of our children J & E - a sibling pair. They continued to live with us for 6 weeks. We hit some legal snags trying to get their visa and our agency informed us we could return to pick them up in 6 weeks. It has now been almost 9 months and we are still waiting on their visas. We have accrued $20,000 more in legal fees to help and aid in bringing them home and believe they will be home by April. We are fully believing Philippians 1:16 for our adoption journey for our family. "…he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."
