Nylsa K Smallwood

are adopting a child from United States of America

We have BIG news to share with all of our Family and Friends!

The Smallwood's are adopting!!! We've known that adoption was how we would grow our family and we are so excited for this next season of life! We have prayed, we have talked, we have prayed some more and now it's time.

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. We purchased a home this year and are preparing a cozy little nursery for baby Smallwood. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $38,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $40,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents like us. We've been saving and trying to cut corners in preparation of this day but we still need help.

We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up. Any and every amount will help us to get closer to our dream of bringing home Baby Smallwood. Please if you can also keep us in your prayers, along with the birth family that will have to select us and all the people involved every step of the way. We are praying God's guidance and direction to help us through this process and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

Thank you in advance for donating and praying for our little family! We can't do it without you!

Love, Toby and Nylsa
