We are thrilled to announce that we are adopting not one, but, two children from China! Our son just turned 7, and our daughter recently turned 3. We plan to travel to China this summer (July or August 2016) to bring our children home. Josh and I have long talked about adopting; it has always been part of our family-building plan. After many years of fertility treatments and having a son who was stillborn, we decided to pursue adoption at this time. Why China, you might ask? Because that is where our children live! We hadn&'t decided on a particular country until we found our son&'s video on an advocacy site. His laughter and joyful smile stole our hearts! Our daughter is sweet, funny, and loves to smile! God has truly brought us our children. We have chosen to raise funds for the Orphanage Donation fee. This money will help support the children living in the orphanage after we bring our children home this fall.
