Our adoption story has not gone as we previously planned or expected it to. Our birth mother changed her mind on November 26, 2018. She has decided to parent and therefore we are back to being a waiting family. We are both disappointed and discouraged but know that our God has big plans for us for the future. We did receive quite a bit of money back that we had already paid the agency once we were matched but are still needing to raise more funds to continue with this process. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign to help raise the final amount owed to our agency. Therefore, we have set a goal of $5,000 to help ease the financial burden that is owed.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as she grows up. For every donation your name will be added to our puzzle of supporters that will hang in her room as a reminder of how loved she is and how much she was wanted and prayed for.
