The beginning
Thank you so much for taking the time to view our profile. We are Mike and Rebecca (and Elaina-not pictured). We have been married for 7 years and were blessed with our daughter in 2014. We always planned on two children biologically, then maybe adopting our third. Last year we experienced some heartbreak in trying to get pregnant. Because of this, Mike and I both felt that God was nudging us towards adoption much sooner than planned. We are lucky to have several friends who have adopted and were instrumental in encouraging us. Adoption is a scary process, but we know it is meant for us!
The middle
We completed our home study and are waiting to be chosen by a birth mother! We are currently saving money towards our legal and travel expenses once the baby is born. We may face up to a 10 day out of state wait while paperwork is being processed.
