As many of you know, we've been on a long journey to adopt a child. Well, thanks to Haven Adoptions, those dreams finally came true–we brought home a beautiful 2-week-old baby girl on 12/18/17! This little miracle was born with some very special needs that will require extensive medical care from cardiology, orthopedic, and genetic specialists. It is very overwhelming to think about the potential costs associated with her specialized medical care, in addition to the other daily living expenses of a newborn and the cost of the adoption process itself.
