is adopting a child from Colombia

We had the wonderful privilege of hosting the T Siblings, from Bogota, Colombia, over the Christmas Holiday through a hosting program with Lifeline Children Services. The siblings are ages 9, 7 (twins) and 5.5 and molded quickly into our family over the two weeks they spent time in our home. They are full of joy and laughter and we are advocating for them as they wait on a family. These precious children will bring so much life to their forever family…..so we continue to pray and trust God's plan for their future and long for them to have their needs met, be supported,be encouraged, and be embraced with and through the love of a family.

After going through the adoption process once with our youngest son, Lucas, we are aware of the large cost associated with the adoption process. Because we feel extremely invested in these kids and long for them to have a family, we have started a crowdfunding campaign for their future forever family to assist with adoption related cost. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. We have set a goal of $15,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

Many of you have followed along with us over the last two weeks while the kiddos were in our home and some of you may be seeing this for the first time. During this season of Christmas, we asked that you will consider investing in the lives of these children with a tax deductible, financial contribution, towards their future. If you are interested or know someone who might be interested in the adoption of these 4 children, please contact [email protected]
