We are insanely grateful to be pursuing a SON to add to our gaggle of girls! It's been a crazy and exhausting but oh so beautiful and exciting process thus far, and we haven't even really gotten started yet.
We've been working our tails off to have the funds needed to bring our boy home, and have also seen an incredible amount of generosity in the form of gifts towards our adoption expenses. Like people have willing been giving us their hard-earned money; sometimes without us even asking. It's bananas. Zakary's name means "the Lord remembers", and we have continually felt seen, remembered, and cared for during our walk down this adoption road since the very start. We know that our son is loved, but seeing people joyfully and sacrificially give to help bring him home is a humbling reminder of that fact.
