We’re excited to share with you that we are adopting again! We’ve been working towards this for the last year, completing a home study, and getting connected with an agency in Texas. In the last month, we’ve connected with an expectant mom in the Dallas area who is due to deliver a baby girl on Nov 8th. She’s entrusted and chosen our family to parent. We are encouraged as ever to be prayed for by y’all, share in the excitement/waiting, and give thanks for your generosity.

We are grateful and excited to have this opportunity again, however, it isn’t without a healthy dose of overwhelm, especially when it comes to finances. We’ve started this page to give others a place to help ease the financial burden of this adoption. Specifically:

• The agency fees - which fund the services provided by social workers and legal professionals, and covers expenses for the expectant mother during and after delivery

• The home study costs before and after the adoption, through a local agency here in Albuquerque

• The travel costs - we’ll need to travel to Dallas and stay there for an undetermined amount of time until we’re cleared to return to New Mexico
