We have big news!

We have started the domestic infant adoption process to adopt a baby!

Due to having endometriosis, as well as previous procedures, we had to look at other options besides the traditional way to have a baby. We didn’t want that to stop us from creating a family, so we decided to start the process of adoption. We are both so excited to grow our family, and feel adoption is a beautiful way to do that!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home.

As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption-related costs can easily total up to $35,000-$55,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $35,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up. Even if you’re unable to donate, please help by sharing or sending prayers our way!

Using this organization also means the funds can only go towards the adoption process and it is granted to us through each step.

We are signed up with an Adoption Attorney who also is the one to match us. Now that our home study is approved through our social worker, it can happen very fast, and we will have a short amount of time to come up with a large amount of money in order to bring the baby home, as well as travel expenses if it’s out of state.

I will be updating throughout the process. We can’t wait to be matched, and for the precious little one to be born!
