We are so excited to finally share…
We are ADOPTING!
Adoption has been on each of our hearts before we even started dating. It wasn’t really a matter of IF we would adopt, but a matter of WHEN we would adopt. We are beyond excited that this is the time we feel God is calling us to step into and pursue this journey! This path is ultimately rooted in love, trust, and so much gratitude.
If you are reading this- THANK YOU for already being part of our lives! We are so grateful for you! The most important thing we need right now is prayer. Please surround not only us in prayer for wisdom and discernment as we step into this, but an abundance of peace over our future child and their courageous birth mom.
We are hoping that this page can be used as a resource to keep you included in how we are progressing through this process! We will post updates as we have them and cannot wait to bring you along and share our ultimate success story of bringing our sweet baby home.
The reality is that adoption costs average around $40,000 to $60,000, with expenses including agency fees, legal costs, home study requirements, paperwork, and travel. This number does not include preparing for the essentials our child will need such as a car seat, diapers, crib, bottles, and all the fun baby accessories. Because of that, we are stepping out in faith and fundraising as part of this journey. Donating through this site allows you to give with confidence, knowing the funds are only made available as adoption expenses are incurred and submitted giving you peace of mind on exactly how your support is being used.
