I am in the process of adopting an infant.
Through much soul searching, prayer, tears, and joy I have come to the conclusion that adopting an infant is what the next stage of my life will entail.
I am 33 years old and 2.5 years ago bought my first home in Maryland. I love my neighborhood and how friendly and calm the area is with great walking paths. I currently have 2 cats and a dog for my family and am excited about starting the active process of adopting a new member into the family.
One major obstacle is cost. Adopting can go between $48,000-$65,000 or more. I need support and help to be able to reach this goal. This includes not only financial but prayers and emotional support starting now through the next stage of my life as a mother.
