Wesley and I have faced infertility for many years now and it has been quite a journey. God has blessed us with a beautiful life and we keep praying that we can bring another into this world.

We have decided to pursue embryo adoption! This has been an uphill battle, but thankfully we have grown closer together because of it. Our marriage has become stronger and we are so grateful for God’s blessing. The cost for adoption is quite expensive as many know, however embryo adoption is a more affordable option. Costs average between $8,000-$20,000. We are seeking help wherever we can find it to ease the financial burden.

    Transfer Failure

    November 6, 2023

    It is with solemn hearts that we write to inform you that our adopted embryo transfer failed. The doctors were very confident, especially after the trials we had in the past. Although our hearts are saddened, we are doing okay, truly. We had the weekend to process and decide what our next steps were. At this point we are not going to continue with anymore fertility treatments, including adoption. We are going to focus on our relationship and our lives moving forward. When money and time allows, we will consider pursuing further embryo adoption and treatment, but for now we need a break. Thank you all for your incredible support and prayer and please know that we are okay :)

    We have selected our embryos and now we are in the long waiting period for our turn. A lot of paperwork to process!

    Home study approved!

    August 21, 2023

    Our home study was approved about two weeks ago and we are now in the embryo selection phase. Only time will tell when we can continue further. God is in control!
