  🌿 Bible Study Reflection — God’s Perfect Placement 🌿

  October 8, 2025

  This morning in our Bible study, we were reminded that in all the vastness of space, God placed Earth in just the right spot for life. And guess what else? He places each of His people in just the right spot too — with the same care and intention.

  That truth touched our hearts deeply today, because it reminded us why we moved to Florida in the first place — following God’s calling. Every step, every challenge, and every blessing along the way led us right to where we were meant to be… and to Jayde. 💛

  We’re so grateful to see God’s hand guiding this journey — even through the waiting and the unknown — as we work toward finalizing Jayde’s adoption and giving her the forever home He always planned for her.

  ✨ Fundraiser Update ✨

  We are so grateful to share that we received a generous $2,500 donation thanks to a wonderful mom who used her small business to help raise funds for our adoption! 💛

  Her kindness — and the generosity of those who donated through her — has brought us one step closer to finalizing Jayde’s adoption and giving her the forever family she already calls home.
  We are deeply moved by this beautiful act of love and community and in awe of how God continues to work through others to make this possible.

• Update 1

  Update on Jayde’s Medical Journey

  September 27, 2025

  Jayde was supposed to be stillborn, but here she is—five years later—defying all odds.
  This precious girl has been moved between multiple homes and exposed to extreme poverty, drugs, domestic violence and neglect.
  Jayde is on the autism spectrum and also has TSC, conditions that require ongoing support and regular medical appointments. Recently, she was also diagnosed with an ultra-rare genetic variation, Nexmif, which makes her journey uniquely her own. With love, care, and support, she continues to thrive and grow every day.
  With both TSC and Nexmif, the medical expectation would be that she would never walk, remain nonverbal, and live with severe intellectual disabilities. Not only is it a miracle that Jayde was born alive, but it is nothing short of extraordinary that she is living such a “normal” life right now—talking, walking, laughing, and learning every single day.

  Sadly, we believe she may have spent time in a small cage when she was younger, which has likely contributed to her speech and developmental delays. Yet in just five short months with us, she has made remarkable progress, and I am confident she will continue to thrive and grow.
  
  Jayde had never heard about God before, and it has been such a joy and privilege for us to introduce her to Him. Sharing daily prayer, faith, and the love of Christ as a family is at the heart of our home, and we are blessed to grow together in His guidance each day.
