We have BIG news — we’re adopting!

We are beyond excited and doing everything we can to prepare our home and hearts to welcome a beautiful new life into our family.

As part of our adoption process, we’ve started a crowdfunding campaign. Many people are surprised to learn that adoption costs can easily reach $35,000 or more, which is why we’ve set a goal to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

Our Story-

I met my husband in 2020, right at the beginning of the pandemic. He had a sweet three‑year‑old daughter and was in the middle of a difficult court battle. From the moment I stepped into their lives, I felt an immediate sense of belonging. I knew I had found my family.

We married in 2023 at a flower farm surrounded by loved ones — and a whole lot of hope for the future. Even as we continued navigating the challenges of court, we dreamed of growing our family. In early 2024, we began trying for a baby, but that chapter ended in a heartbreaking miscarriage.

While I was healing physically and emotionally, life brought more loss. My grandmother passed away unexpectedly in October, and just four months later, my grandfather followed. Grief layered on top of grief, and it felt like our world kept shifting beneath us.

Two years have passed, and with each month, we’ve had to accept that our path to parenthood looks different than we once imagined.

But different doesn’t mean less beautiful.

Adoption has become a source of renewed hope — a way forward that feels aligned with our hearts, our values, and the family we want to build. We are ready to open our home to a child who needs love, stability, and a place to belong. We are ready to give everything we have to create that life for them.
