Our hearts are overjoyed to officially announce that we are growing our family through the hard, beautiful, and redeeming journey of adoption! Ben and I were high school sweethearts and got married soon after we both graduated high school. While dating we talked about our future plans for our family and adoption was something that we talked about doing down the road after we had children naturally first. After we were married and decided we wanted to start to grow our family, we struggled for over three years with infertility. We met with several doctors and fertility specialists, who devastatingly told us that having children naturally was not in our favor as we have a very low chance of ever being able to conceive naturally. But God has been so faithful and gracious to us through all the good and very hard seasons we have walked through. His plans and timing are perfect! We have both experienced God’s grace, steadfast love, and faithfulness in our own lives and in our marriage together. We trust and strongly believe that God will continue to show His steadfast love and faithfulness to us in this journey to grow our family through adoption. We are so thankful for our amazing church, community, family, and friends that God has blessed us with! We trust that where God leads He provides! We humbly recognize that we cannot do this on our own, and need help in bringing our already loved and prayed for future child into our family and home.
