We have some BIG news…!

We are beyond excited to announce that we are adopting a baby!

Three years ago, our world turned upside down when we were met with the heartbreaking news that our chances of getting pregnant were slim to none. The weight of infertility felt like an impossible burden, and our dreams of a family seemed to slip further out of reach. While this news was devastating, we never gave up hope. We know that God has a plan for our family, even if it wasn’t the one we had envisioned.

After much prayer, we decided to open our hearts and home to a baby in need and are so excited to announce that we are adopting! At first, it felt like a foreign concept, a drastic departure from our original plan, but as we explored the process, a sense of peace came over us. We believe that adoption is a beautiful way to grow our family and provide a loving home for a baby in need.

As we begin this new chapter, our hearts are filled with excitement and anticipation. We are beyond grateful for the chance to become parents, and are committed to creating a nurturing, supportive environment for our future baby.

Adopting a baby is a journey filled with both joy and financial challenges. We’ve set up a campaign to help offset the costs, which can easily reach $55,000. Your generous support will not only help us bring our baby home but also provide them with a loving and stable future. We’re incredibly grateful for your love and prayers as we embark on this incredible journey.

    We are home!

    July 21, 2025

    After a 77 day stay in the NICU, Skyler was able to graduate and come home.

    It has been a long journey, and God has had His hands in it every step. We are grateful for your loving prayers and financial support for Skyler over these past few months.

    We have had her home 24 hours now and she has already poop on Chris, so she’s fitting in great :).

    We know this is just the beginning and want to let you know that we could not have gotten this far without you.

    2 Months Old and Growing

    July 9, 2025

    We are incredibly happy to share an update on Skyler Lee, who is now two months old! We want to express our gratitude for the overwhelming support and prayers you've extended to us during this time. Your kindness has been truly invaluable, and we literally could not have navigated this journey without God or your support.

    Skyler continues to make remarkable strides. She was born weighing just under two pounds and has now grown to slightly over five pounds. She's still receiving oxygen through the High-Flow breathing assistance, but we're optimistic she'll be off it within the next few days. Skyler is still on the feeding tube. However, she has begun bottle feeding and is still building the stamina for consistent feeds. This consistency in feeding every three hours will be her next biggest hurdle, and overcoming it will be the final step before she can be discharged from the NICU.

    Katie and I remain profoundly grateful for your continued prayers and support.

    It's a Girl! - Final Adoption Support Needed

    Hello friends,

    Thank you for all your support and encouragement during our adoption journey.

    We have some exciting news to share that has been an amazing miracle from God. Earlier this week we matched with a birth mom, and we met our little baby girl on Tuesday.

    She was born on May 4 weighing only 2 pounds. It’s been a world wind of emotions as everything happened so quickly; we are so grateful and full of joy. 🥹. We have a long journey ahead of us as our little one will be in the NICU through mid July in Fort Myers. We plan to spend as much time with her as we can.

    We are currently $10,000 short of covering the final adoption fees. Please consider making an additional contribution or reaching out to anyone you know who might be willing to donate.
