For as long as I remember I have had the dream in my heart to adopt. There are almost 400,000 children in foster care. While it may seem like one person can't make a difference, each child matters. Many children will never get the chance to have a loving home and will eventually age out of the foster care system. This is never a fault of their own. I would love the opportunity to provide a loving home and family to a child. My home will be a home of unconditional love and joy. I am determined to make a difference so that one more child will get the chance at a home. I also hope that by adopting from foster care, many others will be inspired to do the same. Adopting from the foster care system requires several different costs. There is an agency fee, home study fee, attorney fees, and travel costs to meet the child that I will adopt once matched. I don't want the cost to stop me from providing a stable and safe home to a child in need. Thank you for your support as it means so much to me.
