Matt and Megan Estrem

About three years ago, Megan felt a strong calling to adopt, driven by a growing desire to show love to a child without a family. She couldn’t imagine the hardship of growing up without a home or family. Through continuous prayer, Megan realized that her desire to adopt was a divine calling. Matt also prayed about the matter and asked God for a clear and specific sign if adoption was meant for their family. God responded to Matt’s request with a resounding and unmistakable “YES.” (If you haven’t already heard that story, ask us - it’s a good one.) The couple prayed for God to prepare their children’s hearts for adoption and He answered that prayer, as well. The children understand that such a huge transition may be difficult, but they are excited to welcome a new family member. Ava, the oldest, shared that she had even been praying for more children to have parents like hers. Truly, our God is an awesome God! We are hoping to adopt a young boy, preferably early elementary school- aged or younger from foster care. We are currently praying for his protection, healing, and for God to continue preparing our family to love him well. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to provide a child with a stable life where they will be loved and taught about the love of Jesus every day.
