We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and doing everything we can to be prepared to bring this beautiful soul into our home.
As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to read that adoption-related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $15,000 to help ease the financial burden that overwhelms adoptive parents. Quite frankly, it is the extreme cost that prevents so many good people from adopting.
We have talked about adoption for 5 years and now we want to make it a reality. We truly feel called by a higher power to adopt a child, but we need your help!
They say it takes a village to raise a child. We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he or she grows up.
