We are beyond excited and doing everything we can to prepare for the day we bring Lucas home.

Right now, we are in the final phase of the process and waiting for the call that it is time to travel to Honduras. We began this journey when Baron turned one, three years ago. After years of patiently waiting, our hearts are shifting into a new stage of anticipation—it’s no longer someday, it’s soon.

To mark this transition and surround ourselves with the love and support of our community, we’re hosting a cornhole tournament. It’s a way to celebrate together, to laugh, and to join us in these final steps of bringing Lucas home. The funds raised will help cover our in-country expenses, including travel and a stay that may last up to a month while we complete court paperwork.

The buy-in for the tournament is simply whatever you feel led to give. By stepping into this moment with us, you become part of the community we hope to build around Lucas as he grows up—one that surrounds him with love, support, and a sense of belonging from the very start.
