We’ve been matched!

If you’ve been following our journey, then you’ll know that we’ve been in this process for 6 years. Through COVID, an international move, and government shutdowns, we’ve finally been matched with 2 beautiful children! We are so very excited to meet them and bring them home.

We’ve decided to be completely transparent with how much we have left to pay and how much help we need. We have paid $23,093.13 on our own and have been generously given $2,000 from other friends and family. We’re so thankful for the help we’ve received. Travel costs will range between $10,000-$18,000 and we will be able to cover that on our own as well. We need help with our last fee that will be paid to our adoption agency. This fee will be a total of $15,000. This fee must be paid before we can arrange travel dates and will be due in late summer.

We’ve been applying for adoption grants, but haven’t heard back from them yet, and they are not a guarantee. One of the amazing things about Adopt Together is that donations are tax-deductible, and the money is paid straight to our agency. We would be extremely thankful for any help that we receive and would also ask that you say a prayer for us. We are about to embark on an amazing journey.
