As we have started to share, we have big news!
We are adopting a child! Since Kelly is no longer able to have children naturally, we have decided to add another child to our family by means of adoption!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to prepare to welcome a beautiful new life into our home! Unfortunately, adoption can be very expensive, as part of our adoption process, it has been suggested to start a crowdfunding campaign. Adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $25,000 to help ease the financial stress that easily overwhelms adoptive parents. The adoption process is already overwhelming as it is!
We hope by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up. It takes a village, right? :)
