We have Big news!
We are adopting a child!
We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home.
As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption-related costs can easily total up to $60,000 or more. This is why we will be working on crowd funding in stages to help ease the financial burden that overwhelms most adoptive parents like us. In this first stage will are trying to raise $10,000. This money will goes towards putting us on the list to get matched with a birth mother, and assembling our parent profile booklet.
As we advance to the next stage of our journey we will post updates on our progress here in the crowdfunding portal.
We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.
We're thrilled to announce that we've officially been added to the list of potential adoptive families! This means we'll soon start receiving detailed profiles of expectant mothers considering adoption.
Once we're matched with a birth mother, we'll share another update with you all. Until then, we're filled with hope and excitement.
We can't thank you enough for your continued support. Your generosity has brought us one step closer to our dream of building a family.
With gratitude,
Peter and Gabriel
We've Reached Our Halfway Goal!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have reached our halfway goal in donations! We are so grateful to each and every one of you who has contributed to our campaign. Your generosity and support mean the world to us, and we couldn't have made it this far without you.
We are one step closer to bringing our adopted child home, and we are so excited to share this news with you all. We will continue to work hard to raise the remaining funds we need, and we hope that you will continue to support us on this journey.
Thank you again for your incredible support!
We will keep you updated on our progress as we move closer to our goal.
Sincerely,
Peter and Gabriel
