Derek and Brittney are very excited to announce we are adopting! The Lord has placed this desire on our hearts to find the child that will be a part of our forever family!
We have been married since 2016, which is when the desire to have a child in their home began. We have prayed and trusted the Lord for His perfect timing, and the Lord began stirring in our hearts to pursue adoption in November of last year. With 2022 proving to be a challenging year for Brittney health-wise, we learned quickly that we can't always rely on our health, on our money, or on our circumstances, but we can always rely on the Lord to provide what we need in just the time we need it. We are grateful for all He has done through our story, and we are so grateful that He is writing this one as well!
