We are SO EXCITED to share that we have been approved and are on the waitlist to grow our family through adoption!
In the Fall of 2023, we applied for adoption through Catholic Charities. At the start of 2025, we were invited to proceed with the formal application - lots of paperwork, errands, our home study, and finally, an interview to ultimately be approved as an adoptive family in November 2025.
In this stage, we are approved and waiting to be matched with a birth mother. This could be tomorrow, or this could be a few years from now. Only God knows how long our wait will be. We are prayerfully and financially preparing in the meantime.
We have set a goal to raise $20,000 to help prepare us for further adoption expenses that we will owe once we are matched and ultimately placed with a child. If you find it on your heart to donate—thank you, and know that any gift will be tax-deductible. Regardless of whether you can donate or not, if you’ve read this far, please pray for us. We have complete faith that because we are feeling called by the Lord to adopt, we will be provided for somehow.
