We are so excited to share with you that we have begun the process of adopting a child!

After a few years of processing the wisest way to grow our family, adoption seemed to be the next best step. We have worked through having a child naturally (read below), as well as the potential of foster care and have landed on adoption being the direction we feel led to pursue.

Following a difficult pregnancy and delivery with Emery in 2023 and the recent loss of a baby in February of 2026, adoption is the next best step for our family. This is where it takes a village.

It may surprise you to know that the process of adoption can cost upwards of $40,000. So, we are asking our family and friends if they would consider partnering with us in this journey. We are personally dedicating $5,000 as well as any proceeds from Bailey’s book, “A Curious Life” to cover these costs. There are also grants that we are applying for.

We, together, are confident that we will be connected with the right birth mother at the right time. Your love, support and prayer are felt and appreciated. Thanks for being apart of our village!
