Hi, we’re Rhys and Grey! We’ve been together nearly 15 years, married for 10, and live in eastern Kentucky with our lovable tuxedo cat, Gatsby. Becoming parents has always been our dream. For years, we’ve been the “fun uncles,” helping care for nieces, nephews, and children in our community.
In 2024, we became licensed foster parents, hoping to one day adopt. Despite our best efforts and following every rule, our foster license was unfairly closed — even though the state confirmed we did nothing wrong. It was devastating, but it didn’t take away our dream.
Now, we are pursuing private adoption to finally grow our family. We’ve prepared a cozy, loving home for a child ready to be welcomed into our hearts. Adoption is expensive — between home studies, legal fees, and agency costs, it’s a huge financial challenge.
That’s why we’re asking for your help. Every donation brings us one step closer to our dream of becoming dads. Every share spreads our story to someone who might support us.
