I am trying to adopt my nephew. Both of his parents are addicts and he hasn’t had a stable home in the 2 years since he’s been born. His mother has consented to the adoption, but his father is controlling and a little unpredictable. I am fairly certain he will contest the adoption. I need help with lawyer fees to fight him while going through the process.
