We are so excited to continue to pursue International Adoption in Ghana Africa!

After experiencing an unexpected setback in our adoption journey that resulted in the loss of $10,000 when our previous international country program closed, we found ourselves having to begin again with a new agency and a new path to Ghana.

While this was deeply discouraging, it has not shaken our confidence in the calling God has placed on our hearts to grow our family through adoption. We are trusting God to provide each step of the way as we pursue bringing home a child who may have experienced extreme poverty, trauma, or special needs, including hearing loss.

We believe God is faithful, even in seasons of loss and uncertainty, and we are walking forward in obedience, trusting Him to use this journey for good. As we continue to save, sacrifice, and rely on His provision, we are humbly inviting others to come alongside us.

Every prayer, share, and contribution helps bring us one step closer to welcoming our child home and building a forever family rooted in faith, love, and hope.

    Home Study Complete

    April 6, 2026

    Hello,

    We have completed our home study and now have officially sent in a stack of official documents to the USICS Immigration and Customs to get pre approval for our travel visas and child's immigration paperwork! That process will take 3 months to get an approval. In that time we are building our Dossier (International Paperwork). However, I have to admit we have everything that we need except for two documents!!! As soon as we get the UCSIS approval we can submit our Dossier. Little bit of a waiting game now and learning to lean into God as he continues to shape and mold us into the parents our child needs. Learning to wait and be in his timing and realize that we are right in the middle of a miracle.
