Hello there! We have some very special news to share - we are adopting a baby boy!

As some of you may know, we have been struggling with fertility and starting our family for several years now. Unfortunately, Nick was diagnosed with a rare form of infertility and has not responded to any treatments. After much research, contemplation and prayer, we have decided to choose the domestic adoption route to start our family. We most recently completed our home study, and we have matched with a birthmother and are set to adopt a baby boy in late January.

As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total anywhere from $35,000-$60,000, and this is why we have set a goal of $15,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

AdoptTogether is a IRS approved 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are tax deductible, and any donations given to our AdoptTogether page will be used exclusively for paying our adoption related expenses. If we raise more than needed, we can through AdoptTogether gift that money to another adopting family or save the funds for a future adoption.
